"We put in a claim in June for roof damage that ended up leading to water leaking inside our home and damaging the inside. Fast forward five months later!! They still haven't covered a dime of any kind of repairs and we have to keep calling and reminding them, absolutely disgusting. Don't ever get state farm home insurance they just keep prolonging the process hoping you give up on it."

"My wife and I want to thank Lynn Heinrichs and her staff for their exceptional service in resolving a property damage claim under our homeowner's insurance. We've been insured by State Farm for decades and have never made a claim under that policy. Anyway, a water valve mis-functioned in our basement and caused some water damage. We reported the damage and State Farm accepted the claim, without question, as falling within the "sudden and accidental" coverage for such claims. The agency informed us of our deductible, which we paid for water mitigation and debris removal, and accepted our "self-selected" contractor for the restoration work. (Our contractor was not the least expensive one we interviewed, but he impressed us with his professionalism and eye for detail). State Farm promptly mailed us a check for the full amount of the estimate, which should be sufficient to restore our basement. Her responses were invariably cordial, timely, courteous, and very "client-focussed." John and Laurie Seymour, Arlington, Virginia"

"Picture Estimate Hit and Run accident by her Client which was Admitted. State Farm Accepted Liability after Client realized Witnessess in the Library saw her hit my car. Ms Heinrichs gave me 50.00 gift card and Attempted to Force a $1,113.00 payment from her Poor Picture taking. I have Extensive Damages to Quarter panel, Bumper scratches, Paint, Lights, Noises when Turning, my car looks and sounds AWFUL. SHE THREATEN TAKE THE CHECK OR WE WILL MAIL IT AFTER I SAID THE STATE INSPECTION FOUND DAMAGED UNDERCARRIAGE AND OTHER CERTIFIED AUTO COLLISION MECHANICS CERTIFED DAMAGES AT $4,970.00 "NOT INCLUDING SUPPLEMENTAL REPAIRS AFTER REPAIRS" THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE FEB 23 2023. NOW I AM BEING STALKED BY A YOUNG BOY IN A VAN TRYING TO REPAIR MY CAR ON THE ROAD, MUST BE RELATED. I AM REPORTING THIS TO HER AND STALKER TO VIENNA STATE POLICE. I AM DEMANDING 25,000. IN DAMAGES AS I AM DISABLED AND DRIVING FOR ESTIMATE AS A CRIPPLED IS UNFAIR. NO PICTURE ESTIMATE PROVES ACTUAL REPAIRS. REPORTING HER BUSINESS LICENSE AND STATE FARM CLAIMS TO VIRGINIA LICENSING AUTHORITY."

"UPDATE: I still don't have an answer, I talked today and they only told me that they cannot warranty to get my money back. So avoid State Farm at all cost and Lynn Heinrichs office, they are very bad Amazing how an insurance company works. When they want your money, they are very aware of what is happening. But when they have to give you a refund, it's very complicated. I called them to find out that a refund check wasn't sent; now I have to wait 30 days, only to find out if they processed the check correctly, no other explanation, 30 days. Can you believe it? Who can tell your insurance company to wait 30 days to receive a payment?"

"I want to say thank you so much to Lynn Heinrichs, I have State Farm for over 11 years. Lynn is always there to help, you are amazing!!! My son had an incident (hit and run ) by another person in a military base where he is stationed, my son reported the incident but he was denied the other person insurance information so we could have his car fix. We made several phone calls and after weeks of trying to get the information. I called Lynn and explained to her what was going on, She was so kind to help us, after number of emails and calls, she was able to get the other driver’s insurance information. also she sat with us on the phone to file the claim to the other drivers insurance. Thanks to her help the other driver’s insurance will cover in full all the damages caused to our vehicle. Im so glad I have State Farm and Lynn as our agent. I highly recommend her. She goes above and beyond, she is amazing!!!"

"If you find better coverage at a lower price (like I did) and you drop State Farm like a bad habit (like I did) then be sure to call the DMV and give them your new policy number ASAP or State Farm will tell the DMV you're uninsured (like State Farm did)"

"We are glad you found a company you are happy with. State Farm does what all auto insurance companies are required to do, we report new policies and canceled policies to the DMV. When you insure with State Farm, you don’t have to call the DMV because State Farm reports it to the DMV for you. Sorry your new company didn’t do that for you."
